Are there different packages/ quantity discounts that are not listed on the website?
Yes! Please email reidcustomcanopies@gmail.com for bulk, or information on packages that will fit your vision.

How long does it take to receive products?
On average we have a 5-14 day turnaround after payment anywhere in the USA! We take pride in our quick turnaround time, and for expedited options please contact us for further information.

Are your products heavy duty?
Yes, all products are heavy duty and built to last. Our Canopy canvas’s are all uv coated to be fire retardant and water resistant, and our frames are 1.6” (40mm) hexagonal aluminum frames with a 30 mph wind rating.

What is double sided compared to single sided?
Double sided is your design printed on both sides of the fabric, as single sided is the print on one side with white fabric on the other side. What side you want printed on (inside or outside) is completely your choice.

What type of printing are on your canopies?
All canvases are sublimated for long lasting non faded colors that pop!

Is there a shipping charge?
All costs listed here on our website are the prices to your door as all of our shipping charges are included in the total cost.
