Cancellation and Return Policy
At Reid Custom Canopies we work closely with our customers' vision going over multiple drafts to come to final proof that fulfills their needs, and we are then not liable after the approval and confirmation. Succeeding the purchaser’s approval of the final proof of their design it is then sent to our manufacturer, once the product is in production there is no chance of cancellation or refund. After the product has arrived in the customers hands and has been put up for first use we are not at fault or liable for any product damage. If upon arrival and first opening of the product there is damage, we must receive notice and pictures of the damaged product. We are not responsible for the logos we are provided from our customer. Our products have to be processed through customs once they are shipped, after shipment we are not liable for the time it takes to be processed and cannot provide a return after the item has been shipped and for the time it takes for its shipment.
